- ✓Room photos are encrypted during upload, in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and at rest.
- ✓You can permanently delete your uploaded images and generated projects from your dashboard at any time.
- ✓We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your private room photos to advertisers or third parties.
- ✓Uploaded photos, prompts, and outputs are NOT used to train public AI models without your explicit opt-in.
1. Information We Collect
When you register or use ZyoraAI Home, we collect:
- Account Info: Name, email address, profile picture (via Google Sign-In), and account credit wallet balance.
- Project Data: Uploaded room photos, mask selections, style choices, color preferences, and prompt instructions.
- Payment Records: Order IDs and payment status processed via PCI-compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). We never store raw credit card numbers or CVV.
- System Logs: IP address, device type, browser settings, and error reports required for system performance.
2. How We Process Room Photos
Uploaded room photos are processed strictly to render your requested AI redesigns (Interior Redesign, Virtual Staging, Paint Visualizer, Furniture Removal, Floor Replacement, HD Upscaler, Sketch-to-3D). Once processed, renders are securely stored in your personal account history so you can view, download, or delete them whenever you wish.
3. AI Model Infrastructure
Your image synthesis requests are transmitted securely to authorized AI infrastructure providers solely to generate the requested design outputs. These providers process data in accordance with strict security and privacy standards.
