1. Pay-As-You-Go Credit Packages

• ZyoraAI Home offers 3 pay-as-you-go credit packages: Starter Plan ($4.99 for 20 credits), Pro Package ($9.99 for 45 credits), and Unlimited Suite ($19.99 for 120 credits).
• Credits are digital tokens used to generate AI room transformations across our 10+ interior design tools (1 render = 1 credit).
• Credits do not represent fiat currency, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed directly for cash outside of our 7-day money-back guarantee.

2. 7-Day Unused Credit Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase any credit package ($4.99, $9.99, or $19.99) and have not used any credits from that purchase, you may request a 100% money-back refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].

Once verified, the full purchase amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe).

3. Automatic Credit Refunds on Failed AI Generations

We provide built-in system protection for all AI design tools. If an AI render fails due to:

• GPU worker timeouts or server bottlenecks,
• upstream AI model provider outages,
• network interruption during image synthesis,

the 1 credit charged for that job is automatically returned to your wallet immediately. You do not need to submit a support ticket for system failures.

4. Duplicate Charges & Payment Protection

If you were charged multiple times for a single credit order due to a network glitch or payment gateway error, please notify us within 14 days. Upon transaction verification, all duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

5. Technical Outages & Compensation

If a verified technical issue on ZyoraAI Home prevents you from accessing or using your active credit balance, we will immediately restore your credits or issue bonus credits at our sole discretion.

6. Free & Promotional Credits

Newly registered accounts receive 1 free trial credit. Free trial credits, bonus referral credits, or promotional event credits have no monetary cash value and are non-refundable.

7. Chargeback Policy

We encourage users to reach out to our billing team at [email protected] before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback. Unannounced chargebacks may result in account suspension and credit wallet freezing until resolved.
